Ashtanga Yoga has a stereotype of being a difficult, intense, and intimidating practice, but it doesn’t have to be that way. As a Level II authorized teacher, a registered nurse and licensed acupuncturist I understand the functional movements associated with this practice and how the specific movements can benefit the human condition.

Yoga is a wonderful complement to your daily movement patterns as it can bring about strength, stability, and focus in the mind, body, and spirit. If that is too far out there for you, don’t worry, we don’t speak about the woo woo spiritual stuff during practice.

I teach Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga on the west side of Los Angeles, in Marina Del Rey at my clinic. Classes are held in-person Tuesday, Thursday, & Sunday.
