Group Classes


Monday - Thursday 7-9a

In a Mysore style class, students at all levels move through a personalized practice at their own pace. Teachers move about the room giving customized poses and instructions. Everyone begins the practice with Suryanamaskara A and finishes with Padmasana. The poses in-between Suryanamaskara A and Padmasana, and the time students start and finish depend on each individual. It is a great way for students to begin their yoga practice.


Led Primary
Friday 7-8:25a

On Fridays, guided Led Primary is taught in a group setting, in which all the vinyasas are counted out loud and all students follow along together. This allows students to become familiar with remembering and mastering the vinyasas in the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. Students may feel more comfortable beginning in a group setting practicing together but are encouraged to practice in a Mysore setting where they can receive more personalized attention.

The Ashtanga Yoga Practice can be adapted for every student. I have worked with students recovering from; cancer, strokes, broken bones, torn ligaments, seizures, gun shot wounds, PTSD, heart bypass surgery, dementia, and others adapting the Ashtanga Yoga Practice to meet their needs. In a personal practice session I meet you where you are at and together we work one-on-one to achieve your goals.

I’ve worked in hospitals, clinics, corporate settings, and know that the days are long and the productivity diminishes as the day drags on. In my corporate classes I come to your office and after an hour long class you and your coworker’s productivity increases as you feel rejuvenated and ready to finish the day strong.
